Stourbridge Theatre Company has been regularly presenting plays, mainly at Stourbridge Town Hall, since 1932. Click on the tabs above to look through the list of STC productions over the years.
In addition we have a more detailed archive of information about our productions stored at the Dudley MBC Archives and Local History Centre which is located on the Tipton Road, Dudley, DY1 4SQ (next to the Black Country Living Museum). The archive is available for inspection. Please click on the PDF below to see an index of all the STC archive information. The archives service is open to visitors on the following days:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday: 9am to 5pm Thursday: 9.30am to 7pm
Visitors can go to the centre during opening times without a prior appointment. However, there is a booking service for resources such as computers and tables (in the search room). You can also request documents in advance.
Many of the records held at the centre are unique and irreplaceable. For this reason you will need to register with the Archive Service before using the search room.
There are no admission charges to the centre and there are no charges to view the material. However, there are charges for some of the services that are available at the centre.
Please note: the archive material can only be viewed in the search room at the centre, items cannot be borrowed or removed from the premises.
